  Today, 10/20/16, I stopped by Duty Free as I always do on my way back from Canada. I generally purchase $300-$500 of merchandise and I most of the staff there are familiar with me . On my last visit this past August, the cashier asked if I had their "loyalty card" which I knew nothing about. For each purchase you make received coupons for a percentage off on you next visit. She said that with the purchase I made that day of $488, and the one I made in June of $468, I would have received an $80 worth coupon towards my next purchase. I was told to bring in my receipts on my next visit that they would open a card and apply the previous two recent purchases. Today I attempted to collect my loyalty coupons and the Owner, Jim Foster, told me he would not honor any past purchases. I explained that I had been purchasing items from this Duty Free store for several years and only just learned of the Loyalty Card in August, and was only asking for credit for the June 2016 and August 2016 purchases. He still refused to even credit the card for the over $800 of purchases I made in the past three months. In addition, I spent over $300 in merchandise today which they did give me credit for and tossed me a $20 coupon for my next visit. As a business person who has dealt in customer service over my lifetime, I have never experienced such poor customer service and am extremely disappointed in his handling of the situations.   It's a nice place but Duty Free doesn't mean they don't make a huge profit. I found multiple boxes of Cuban cigars they up charged $100 or even $200 a box compared to most retailers.

  I live in Ontario, am I able to shop at the duty free on the Canadian side and turn around without going to the US side?
